I'm living in Tonga temporarily and needed a DVD player. I wanted something small and light enough to have a friend bring over when they flew to Tonga. The reviews on the LS50 sounded good, so I ordered one and had it shipped to our home in Utah. Our kids checked it out and our friend picked it up and brought it over. We were pleased with the picture quality and versatility of the unit; pleasantly surprised that we could view our JPEG digital photos on it and all kinds of CDs too. Viewing through a TV is also a nice feature.
