Short durability

When it works, it is the best
Cons
Doesn't last long, and terrible service from Panasonic

Initially a wonderful portable DVD player, but after 2 months we got the dreaded H03 error, and now the DVD player is useless!
We initially bought a Polaroid 8" where the screen failed after using it for 1 hour. We brought it back to Circuit City and got the 10" instead. That one lasted for about 3 weeks, then the audio died. Now we were getting tired of "cheap" models and went for the Panasonic DVD-LS50.
When it worked it was an awesome DVD player, we even used for a short period as a regular DVD player hooked up to the TV. But... one day while our daughter was watching cartoons it just died. We thought it was the charge that had died, but when we got a charger hooked up we got a "H03" error. You cannot read it the manual what this error is, but on the internet you can find out that it is the spindle motor that has died.
We wrote Panasonic twice in 3 weeks and we still have yet to hear from them!
