A no problems unit
In harsh contrast to the negative post offered, I've had my Panasonic DVD S27 for over two years with absolutely no problems at all and I can only suggest he's been real unlucky.

Don't buy from Panasonic! Lemon!!
I've had this dvd player for a year and a half. I bought it because it was recommended by Consumer Reports. It is having trouble reading my dvds.
