This is pretty much a flawless purchase!
We bought this to go with our 42" Plasma Panasonic TV.
The remote has everything you'll need and is relatively compact. This is a progressive scan DVD player that will play pretty much anything you put in it. It can read photo-cd's, CDR/CDRW's, DVD-R/DVD-RW's, mp3 cd's, and more which you can see on the box.
We got this at Target for 59 bucks and it's pretty hard to beat a deal like that. We're using S-Video cable but will probably switch to component video cable for our TV.
