Who needs a plasma?
Pros
Size, Inputs!!, brightness, Card slots in front.

Unreal picture, just hooked up the hdtv and the picture is incredible. Almost bought a 42" Panasonic EDTV Plasma but in a room that is larger go with the 50" DLP, from 15' away you are hard pressed to tell the difference. This unit warms up quickly, has deep blacks, and is very bright when it needs to be.
