Panasonic PT-AX100U-EC LCD Projector

I bought the Panasonic PT-AX100U projector and really loved the unit. The picture quality was fantastic. However, after 800 hours viewing time the unit would not work, and it had to go in for warranty service. After 2 months, I still do not have the unit back in my hands, although today they said it was repaired and promised it would arrive next week. However, they still could not tell me what went wrong with the unit. I am extremely unsatisfied with the Customer Support Centre and the length of time it has taken to repair the unit. I could go into the nitty gritty details of my experience with them, but I will spare the readers the long list of calls that were not returned by Panasonic, the minimum 30 min wait on their customer support line and the excuses given for the extremely poor service.
