Pros
Small size, good color in bright light, lots of bells and whistles, built-in lens cover.
Cons
Buttons placement, questionable low-light capability, lack of SD card, navigating features is a chore.

No
I had an older Canon Optura whose DV port no longer functioned and needed a replacement. The Panasonic PV-GS150 was the choice because the reviews and research had tagged it as a solid pick and I liked the idea of the 3 CCD chip camera.
