This model made by Panasonic was bought by me for a friend. It is simple enough for her to use, yet produces a great video picture. With the VHS-C format, there is the wonderful potential of using it in a regular VCR. Box came with charger, battery, cords and camcorder. Excellent instructions. Like many manufacturers, it didn't include a camera case, but for the price is a nice model for a gift or for one's self. Has a light for extra light. Can view through view finder or flip out LCD screen. This is a great palmcorder that you'll find at amazing prices. 10 years ago, this kind of technology was running $900 and now it's down to this. Super fantastic!!! Check one out. Wal-mart was selling them marked down $50 when I bought this one.
