Panasonic PV-L559 has a lot of excellent features at a really good price. We shopped for a camera and fell in love with this one, with a normal retail of $595.00 but shopping around at Best Buy the same camera was on special for $499.00
Features include VHS-C cassette included with camera; 3 inch monitor verses the normal 2.5 inch; built in light (Which really does make a difference); easy to reach 150x zoom; EIS stabilization.
The only negative with this camera is the battery which comes with it only has a 2 hour battery life, however, in actual record time you only have approximately 45 minutes.
The last feature of this camera- it does come with a remote control for those occasions where everyone wants to be in the picture.
It is lightweight and easy to handle. I would recommend this camera to anyone shopping for a VHS-C camcorder.
