Panasonic PV-L858 VHS-C Analog Camcorder

Anyone who has or may purchase the Panasonic PV-L858 VHS-C Camcorder..Well I'm here to tell you what a great camcorder it is..It was giving to me free last year 2005. It's a 1998 model..I use it all the time, mostly outdoors in bright sunlight.And the colors always look great. the resolution is not as good as a 2006 camcorder. But it's not too bad..But then agian I'm not making a big Hollywood movie..And just family and friends see what I film..And they never have complained..What I really like about the PV-L858 is that all the feature buttons are ontop the camera..I don't have to scroll through and menu to set the shutter speed or turn the built in light on..I like the VHS-C tape, pop it in the adapter and then into the VCR. It's that easy..I also like the rubber cup on the eye piece. It's like the professional news station camera..It's alot easier to see through that those little ones on cameras of today..The PV-L858 fits good in my hand too..And with the help of EIS (electronic image stabilizer) it's not hard at all the keep a steady shot. Some of those cameras out there are so small, you don,t feel like your holding anything. This is a great camera, I get lots of use outta mine..I can take still pics too..there pretty good nothing like 3 or 4 mega pixil on some out there, but it's ok...
