For the price, has many nice features.
I bought it mainly for the 3 pre-amp outputs to have better control over my amplifiers.
The ability to select display color is cool as well since many newer cars have 'themed' dash lighting (red, blue, green, etc.)
The sound quality is pretty good for the price.
However, overall unit aesthetics are not that attractive in my opinion...
MY #1 COMPLAINT:
THE DISPLAY IS BRIGHT AS HECK! nice during the day, but IT IS NEARLY BLINDING AT NIGHT, NO MATTER WHICH COLOR YOU CHOOSE FOR THE BACKLIGHT!!!
