Great system for everyone. I love mine and it is worth the money.
I bought this stereo to replace my Panasonic SC-AK100 stereo since I needed more power, and MP3 capability. I needed something with powerful, clear sound, had a 5 disc cd changer and alot of other features.
One day I walked into Costco just to look around and I saw the Panasonic SC-AK410. I tested it out in the store and I bought it. When I brought it home I hooked it up, turned it on, put in a cd, and I just was amazed.
The sound on this system is just excellent. It has alot of heavy bass, and super clear treble. All types of music sound great on this system. I played rap, country, heavy medal, 80's, and many other types of music on this system, they all sound great. This system is equiped with 3 way Bi amplified speakers, so the tweeter and woofer have there own seperate connections so all your music won't sound muffled at all. This system is 300 watts, and the speakers don't distort even on the max, and this thing gets extremely loud.
The looks on this system are awesome. The Panasonic SC-AK110, SC-AK310, SC-AK410, SC-AK510, and the SC-AK610 are all part of the Nitrix Series, so they have an awesome hot rod look to them. This system is also built very well, it seems like it will last a long time, and also, Panasonic is known for reliability and quality.
This system is also equipped with many features like 5 disc cd changer, AM/FM tuner, dual cassette decks, remote, animation display, spectrum analyzer, 3 way speakers, Bi amp, and Bi wiring, MP3 capability, and many more features. This system plays CD-R/RW's also. The animation display and th spectrum analyzer are cool. You can pick from Normal, Peak Hold, Aurora, refelection, and the 2 animations. This system also plays MP3's excellent, they all sound like store bought cd's. The remote on this system is great too. It controls everything on the system, and actually has more things on the remote than the system, so it is good to keep near you. The 5 disc cd changer is kind of loud and a little slow, it also does not have play exchange so you can't change discs when one is playing.
I think this system is excellent. It is definitly worth buying, it also comes in two colors, Red and black, Silver and blue, both of them look great, I highl reccomend this system to everyone
