I received this item from Panasonic as a replacement for a system that broken down a few months after purchasing. It took six months for Panasonic to send me the SC-HT670 and it to started to fail in a matter of weeks. It has five separate disc trays so that you can watch one disk and change another disc in a different tray with out interruption of the current program, which was nice. However trying to get the machine started is the hard part, the trays lock up when loading and you must power off for it to rest. It took 12 tries one time, usually 3 or 4 tries will do it, sometime I just pull the plug. I had a bad experience trying to work with Panasonic to try to replace or fix the original system that broke down, supervisors not returning calls, field reps going on vacation without closing the work order or forwarding it to a different field rep. I will not buy another Panasonic again because of this..
