We bought this unit for our office lobby and the sound quality is excellent. We have been so pleased with it that I am going to purchase the same one for our other office.
The controls are logical and easy to understand right out of the box. It is also very attractive looking, woodgrain and silver, and should go with any decor. We looked at several other units and they were too gaudy for my taste. We've only had it for a few months, so can't vouch for longevity but usually Panasonic makes pretty good audio equipment.
