I like this MD player. It is nice and small, easy to carry around, and light MD. It has nice features that allow you to mess around with your MD disk. I think that all it needs is a better bass system.

Wonderful Minidisc Recorder
Recently, I bought the Panasonic SJ-MR100 minidisc recorder and it is so compact and you can record almost anywhere. I would download mp3s and record them onto my minidisc recorder. i paid about $300 a couple of years ago when it first came out and this was the smallest, lightest and best battery life portable recorder on the market (regardless of where you lived).
