Panasonic SJ-MR100 Personal MiniDisc Player

Recently, I bought the Panasonic SJ-MR100 minidisc recorder and it is so compact and you can record almost anywhere. I would download mp3s and record them onto my minidisc recorder. The thing that disappointed me was that I had to go out to an electronics store and buy a digital sound card and a optical cord that cost me around $150. Also, the sound isn't that loud when I use other headphones besides the earphones that came with it. But, I still think it's worth my money because now I don't have to carry around my chunky CD player that skips everytime I run. And I could put any music onto an inexpensive minidisc.
