The Best, but for a price

Pros Shock Protection, versatile, good looking, long battery life (25 hours, WITH the antishock active) headphone remote
Cons uncomfortable headphones, high price, low rechargeable battery life
Recommended it? Yes
I received this CD player as a birthday gift and I could not be happier with its performance. I have taken it everywhere; to school, on the bus, on car trips, this thing can go anywhere that you can take it. Its great on my bus ride to school. I put it in my pocket then head out on my way. Even when I have to run for the bus it keeps on playing smoothly. I have not yet been able to make it skip unintentionally. On long road trips I have plugged it into the car stereo and listened to skipless music for hours. Also the look of this thing rocks, the metal body not only looks cool but it has saved my player from major damage more than a few times.

Now the bad stuff. The headphones were not designed for
human ears. After long periods of listening my ears hurt not from the volume my ears actually get sore. Also with the wrap-around design you can only tilt your head so far upward. That may sound weird to read but trust me, try the headphones and you will know what I mean. The brainshaker chews through batteries like candy. So its not a feature I use very much. Some of my friends love the feature some don't, so decide for yourself go try one out. One last thing if you fork over the cash to buy rechargeable batteries, surprise they last have as long as regular batteries, so I would recommend using plain ol' alkaline AAs.

This is a great CD player for teens, bus commuters, outdorzy types, and anyone else who likes music.
