The Bottom Line:
If the CD player itself dosen't attract you, the money you save on batteries will.
I bought this CD player about 3 moths ago and have never had a problem with it. I bought this for $60 at Best Buy (a great deal) when my old CD player suddenly stopped working. Since then, I have only had to change the batteries twice. I use this player for about 1.5-2 hours a day, so that proves to you this thing had GREAT battery life. Another great feature this player has is its anti-shock. Many cd players now have 40 or 45 second anti-shok, but usually the audio quality is sacrificed or it drains the batteries fast. Neither is the case with this, and it will only skip after I shake it vigorously, just to make it skip. The only con I can think about this CD player is that it does not have a radio built in, but it is nowhere advertised that it has it. If you want a CD player for just listening to CDs, this is a great value.
