This TV has gotten consistently good reviews (including top recommendation in CR). It is not the best TV out there, but for the money ($900-$1000 CAD) it is almost as good as the best 37” TVs that go for at least $300 - $400 more.
The picture quality is very good, although the contrast ratio and black level are not as good as in the top of the line TVs (without going into too much technical details). The sound is very average and seems as if it is coming from small speakers. Panasonic definitely has the technology to produce “bigger” sound, but chose not do so with this TV.
The features and functionality are easy to access with the remote using the menu system. The TV is shiny black and attractive-looking.
Overall, for the price, highly recommended.
