The Bottom Line:
Does what it's designed to do and some more.
I saw this with $100 rebate at AT&T Store in December. It was advertised as a "buy one get one free" deal so I bought a second one and gave it to my sister.I don't like how everything American-made has to be so massive; I had a Samsung before this one and it was soooo slim and petite compared to this (the reason i changed is because the Samsung one has reception everywhere except in my house-everything else was excellent). Besides being somewhat heavy and bulky (to me), I find this phone really easy to like: Excellent if you use MediaNet and perfect if you text a lot because it slides horizontally and vertically. And the screen is really big and the font is like the new Vista font Callibri...really clean and readable, as well as the card reader for extra storage and Bluetooth. I'm sure that there are more features on this phone but I have not had the chance to use them all (because I don't need to). Sounds clear even at maximum volume for music mp3s and calls. It is really well built because although I I have dropped it once or twice on carpeted floor, everything does not fall apart like the previous phones (not the Samsung one). As long as you don't browse the web and use it all day, the battery is long as it could be: 2-3 days. A couple problems that get annoying at first but once you learn to ignore them: you can't delete all the links and apps that were already preloaded on there; and you can't choose a music file that is over 300 something K as ringtone (the option for this will be grayed out).
