One of the best binoculars
Pros
Bright view, good build quality, very cost effective.
Cons
As the top line binocular of Pentax, but light dispersion control can be better.

Here is my personal comparisons between the binoculars on hand:
Light dispersion (lower is better): start from low- Leica BR10+15X50 >> Pentax SP10X43 = Pentax HRII 8X42 > Zeiss conquest 10X40;
Brightness: start from brigthest - Leica > Zeiss = Pentax SP >> Pentax HRII;
Sharpness/easy of focus confirmation : Leica > Zeiss =Pentax SP >> Pentax HRII;
Building quality(solid & finishing): Leica > Pentax SP > Zeiss > Pentax HRII;
Size and weight (lighter & smaller are better): Pentax SP >Zeiss > Pentax HRII >Leica.
Pricing HK$: Pentax HRII $1800, Pentax SP $3800, Zeiss $7000, Leica $14000.
Warranty period in Hong Kong: Pentax 1 year, Zeiss 10 years, Leica 30 years.
I guess Zeiss Victory series should give better performance, but I didn't own one.
