The PENTAX AF540FGZ auto flash unit features a large guide number of 54 (at ISO100/m). This clip-on, twist/tilt, auto-zoom flash provides a variety of advanced flash applications, including P-TTL auto flash, high-speed synchronization and wireless P-TTL auto flash, when mounted on a PENTAX digital SLR camera. P-TTL mode with pre-flash allows for more accurate flash photography. Wireless P-TTL flash is available when used with PENTAX DSLR cameras that support wireless flash operation. On-camera and wireless high speed flash sync is available in P-TTL modes. Manage flash exposure compensation through a simple control dial. Standard TTL flash is available when used with older PENTAX SLR bodies. Auto and Manual modes allow for use with non-TTL PENTAX camera bodies. The LCD display shows the effective range of the flash in P-TTL, TTL and AUTO modes. Modeling-light feature strobes the flash for one second, so the photographer can check for unwanted shadows or highlights. Includes an autofocus assist beam for focusing in low-light or low-contrast situations. Deluxe Accessory Kit: Flash Rotating Bracket for the Pentax AF-540 FGZ - TTL Shoe Cord, maintains all on-camera flash functions for one Canon Speedlite used off-camera - Superior Quality Flash Bouncer Diffuser; creates a Diffused Bare Bulb Effect.
