We bought this unit for our daughter and mounted it on a wall mount so we were always the ones to put in the tapes/dvds. Less than a year old and the unit is totally useless. The VCR timing started making the unit shut off and you can't even use the television at all - meaning, you can't watch TV, use the DVD, or use the VCR. Even the repair man couldn't bypass the vcr unit so she could at least use the unit to watch TV.
Customer service is terrible!!!! I will never purchase a Magnavox or Phillips product again and I will tell everyone I know to purchase from another company.
