i purchased this unit from walmart along with the extended warranty. i paid $700 for the tv and it WENT OUT 6MONTHS LATER. i contacted philips where i was told that they were shipping me another unit at their expense. after waiting 2weeks i contacted philips and they said their was an error, that my tv was not to be replaced but i had to take it to a service center. well ive been sitting around waiting on my television and no one bothered to contact me to let me know that i had been given the incorrect information. customer service SUCKS and they have a 'take it or leave it' attitude. I will NEVER purchase another product from Philips, i shouldve saved a couple of hundred and bought a damn Sanyo.
