The series 7403 comes in three sizes: 42, 47 and 52 inches. They have a 120 Hz refresh rate which provides for an almost flickerfree picture even in Standard TV. I acquired my 42 in mid December 08from Sam's Club for just $ 998 plus tax. No problems so far. Best price at that time for a full HDTV (1080i or 1080p) with 120 Hz, compared with any other brand.
Setup was easy, even a caveman can do it. Excellent picture in HD mode. Standard TV signal is upgraded by the picture engine to fill the full screen. The picture is as good as it can be with standard signal, but flickerfree. Sound over the buildin speakers is good, but don't expect wonders.
