Very disappointed with DVD and customer service!
We had problems with our MPD820 at 3 mos of age (right at warranty expiration) We were told when we contacted Philips/Magnavox Customer Service to just go and buy another DVD unit, as the repair or exchange/replacement was not going to happen. I bought this as a gift for my cousin's graduation. She liked it a lot. It has easy control and LCD screen is also bright and clear. She did not had any problem with this DVD player. It is very compact too. Read full review »
