Philips Business 107B 17 inch CRT Monitor

When it came time for me to buy a new monitor, I spent many weeks going to all the stores in my area looking for just the right one that would fit my needs,plus fit my budget. I use an Olympus digital camera and like to do a lot of editing with my pictures. So I need a high quality picture with a low dot pitch. After going to Best Buy, Curcuit City, and Comp USA, I had all but decided I had better change criteria. Then while reading PC Connections magazine at work one night I found what I was looking for.
What I found was the Philips 107B 17" monitor. It had the picture quality I was searching for with a 22mm dot pitch. It also boasted a small base so it would fit in a much smaller area. The price was $379.00.
I called PC Connections,which is open 24 hours a day, and placed my order. I was very surprised when they told me my monitor would be delivered that next morning since it was coming from about 3 states away.
Sure enough at 8A.M. the next morning it was at my door.
Ten minutes later it was on by desk plugged in and running. The picture quality surpassed everything I had ever hoped for. If in the future I find I ever need to replace this monitor, I know that I will be heading out and getting another Philips.
