Reliable, best SNR for high quality
Pros
Best Signal to Ratio model
Cons
No adjustment for sensitivity level for track advance on analog recording
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
Best possible signal to ratio for best possible recording
The most important thing for me was the Signal to Noise ratio. I didn't want to add the the noise of the items I wanted to backup.
Very easy to use.
Very user friendly as all the Philips devices.
Too bad you can't set the level for automatic increment of the track when using an analog source for input. This is really the only "problem". You can however use the remote to manually increment the track on the recorded CD.
I wouldn't want to trade it for one that didn't have that "problem" and had a worse Signal to Ratio.
This "problem" does not exist when copying from a CD.
Very reliable piece of equipment.
