I've only had the R15 for 3 days and what a piece of junk. Freezes, loses recordings, remote doubles single hits often, needs reset. Today I called Directv and they had me reset everything. That means I lost everything I had recorded. At times the remote would only work from 2 feet. I got so frustrated I am looking for another solution. And this is after only 3 days. I had a Dish 508 for 6 years and had troubles but not like this. After an hour of waiting for tech support I tried later. What a nightmare.
