I got this tv from Amazon.com. I have it hooked up to my dvd player and a nice shelf system in my office. Not bad micro theater system set up either! I wish it was cable ready. One drawback is that you can't use this tv in your back yard unless it was plugged into an outlet...bummer! I'm sure it'll do well at tailgate parties or maybe use it as a monitor for your camcorder reviews. The tiny speaker on this thing is kinda weak so hook it up to something with some real power. I have a small room surrounded by thick walls and steel beams so getting a picture of ANY KIND is a sad joke! Glad I have a dvd and vcr instead. Watching "desktop" movies really rocks! I wonder how my x-box will look on this thing? (grin)
