Cons
No Antennuator Button!!!!
Recommended it?
Yes
I installed this stereo in my Neon coupe with the stock speakers (components in the front, 6X9's in the rear) and it sounds terrific. Its been over a year and this cd player never skips a beat (unless of course the cd is scratched). Looks great in a DIN 1/2 opening (like GM & Chrysler cars) with a Turbo installation kit. Puts out 22 watts X 4 channels @ 4 ohms. I also use it with 650MB (74 minute) & 700MB (80 minute) CD-R mix discs with no problems at all.
The FM tuner works decent, but could be better. Local stations seem to not come in as clear as they would with the stock Chrysler radio. No attenuator button (cuts the volume down halfway instead of holding down the volume button), this is a BIG disappointment.
Overall, if you dont have a lot of money, want value and good quality, get this sucker. I paid $150.00 for it NEW and never had one problem with it.
