PIONEER-push play now
I own a Plymouth Acclaim (Not my first choice of wheels, but money has a definite say in things). Not that the factory made radio was bad or anything I just wanted to play some cd's now in then. Originally, I planned on buying a 10 cd changer, but then the money things comes in again. After seeing... Read full review »
Pioneer DEH-1000 is the best
I recently went to our local Hooper's store, and went looking for a CD player for my 1996 F150. The guy there said he had just the thing for me. I don't have a lot of money, since I am only 15, but he said he had a good player for a good price. Since I got it, I have had no problems with the... Read full review »
Pioneer, still the best
I have been driving now for the better part of 3 years, and for that entire time I have had nothing but radio in my car. Well, recently I was starting to go mad, so I finally gave in and bought a Pioneer DEH-P1000.
So far I have absolutely no complaints about this model, except for maybe...

Great sound for a great price
I installed this stereo in my Neon coupe with the stock speakers (components in the front, 6X9's in the rear) and it sounds terrific. Its been over a year and this cd player never skips a beat (unless of course the cd is scratched). Looks great in a DIN 1/2 opening (like GM & Chrysler cars) with a... Read full review »
A Great Deal

The good: great sound, at 45 by 4 (meaning 45 watts by 4 speakers), even my factory system in a 1990 Buick Century sounds incredible. Everyone who hears my...

It is alright..
I bought this cd player a year ago to replace a piece of junk Audiovox tape player. I had around two-hundred dollars so I went to Wal-Mart (not the greatest place for car audio) and picked up the cheapest non road gear/jensen/sony head unit i could find. This head unit was a huge step up from the 4... Read full review »
Pioneering to the top
I have this exact model in my car, as well as know 3 other people who have the same model as I do. This cd-player/tuner has it all.....great sound, lots of options that you can customize yourself, and it is compact enough to fit in the smallest of cars. I have it hooked up in my SUV and it never... Read full review »
Pioneers Of Quality Sound
After recently buying a used car and not having a choice of the stereo it came with, I decide to replace it with a new CD player. The first problem was I Was working with only about $275. Not a lot when it comes to any electronics really. So I was on a pretty tight budget. I looked into all the... Read full review »
A Little Money Can Go A Long Way
The Pioneer DEH-P1000 is one of the best sounding units you can buy in this price range. It also has a tone of features that help the user customize the sound. It is equipped with a mosfet 45 watts times 4 amp which is the best sounding onboard amp that I have listened to. I personally have 2 Boss... Read full review »
