The Bottom Line:
Good choice for a Chrysler Mini van. Powerful enough, easy to use/understand. Excellent CD player.
I purchased this unit for my 97 Dodge Minivan to upgrade my cassette player/radio combo.
I bought this unit because I thought it would be the only unit that fit my Dodge minivan. It fits perfectly, and the sound it fairly good for a Mini Van. I probably will have to add a subwoofer later.
The unit is clean, and fairly easy to operate. (In the Dodge van though, the radio sits low on the console, so it is hard to see the buttons, which are also rather small to operate.
For the price compared to other units, it is an excellent choice. It plays all formats of CD's including CDRW's. The operation of the cd unit is simple, smooth, and straightforward. All lights and buttons are clearly seen at night for the Passenger to operate. (I would not recommend that the driver try to do this at night, due to the low position of the radio/cd player on the Dodge console.)
Overall for the money, a good, easy unit you can't go wrong with.
