Pioneer PD-F1039 301-Disc CD Changer

I bought one of these for a friend of mine for a Christmas present. I bought the biggest CD changer I could find and this was it. I have played with it enough to give an honest opinion on it. I have owned a lot of CD players over the years and this thing is the biggest. I have hundreds and hundreds of CD's that I have collected over the years but I could never put them all inside this thing. It is a cool unit at first glance but you have to ask yourself do you really want a cd player that holds 300 disc? It worked great but I had a hard time remembering what slot any album was in. If this was my CD collection in this thing I would have to spend a great deal of time just organizing and documenting to make it usable. I would also suggest you have a nice heavy entertainment center to put it on. This thing is pretty heavy to begin with then you add 300 cd's it weighs a ton. It is reasonably easy to use but probably to much CD player for the average consumer.
