The Bottom Line:
If you have a large collection, and want to have a jukebox at your fingertips, go for it.
I got mine about a year an a half ago. I had problems in the beginning when I had my 70 lb amp sitting on top of it. That caused it to jam a few times. I was able to unjam it myself fairly easily (and probably voiding the warranty) a couple of times. I had to take it to a repair shop twice (there is not an authorized service center anywhere near me). The second time that it had to go to the shop, it was a fluke loss of electricity just as a cd was being ejected. Overall, once I realized that the excess weight was causing it problems, I have been satisfied with the unit.
