A good subwoofer for tight spaces.
Pros
Fits tight spaces well.
Cons
Have to build a custom box if you have a small space.
Recommended it?
Yes
If you have a small crew cab pickup and you still need to use the rear seats (in my case a 2002 Nissan Frontier) there are not many options when it comes to subwoofers.
The Pioneer TS-SW2541D delivers decent sound at a low price. Good overall bass for various music styles and if you want seat thumping and window vibrations it will work for that as well.
The most dificult item was building a custom subwoofer enclosure narrow enough to hold this speaker, but with a 3" mounting depth, it can be done.
I am using a Sony Xplode amplifier for this speaker. If you are a serious audiophile, then this might not be the subwoofer for you, but for those of us on a tighter budget this speaker will be a good investment.
