Pioneer 700BT GPS Receiver

I did extensive research on the Pioneer AVIC-700BT Navigation Stereo with CD system as well as on many other simiar double-dim sytems and after over a month of research, I shopped around and found a reputable place to have this system installed in. Total cost me about $1200. Upon the first 48 hours of using it, I absolutely HATED IT. I called Pioneer and the shop that installed the system and started asking questions about the problems I was having and no one had an answer. It wasn't until I started talking to other consumers and shops who had a similar experience that I realized that something is really WRONG with this product! The #1 problem is: System is very SLOW in starting up, in accepting commands, etc. It seems to FREEZE often and is a nightmare to deal with! #2 problem is: When using the blue tooth feature to make or accept calls...after your call ends the stereo system often "shuts off" or "freezes" and the only way to get it back on is by completely shutting off your vehicle's engine and turning it back on again. What a nightmare if you're in the middle of the freeway and it does this! I've gone many a long route without music because I'm unable to stop, pull to the side of the road and "restart" it so it'll work! Witin 5 weeks of having this system installed, I had it taken out and my old stock stereo put back in! DO NOT BUY THIS!
