Tough Luck Purchase
I purchased this unit from a local Circuit City, and had it installed w/4 new speakers (Eclipse--4-ways for rear deck, 3-ways for door panels) to replace an aging factory system (Mazda Millenia). Pioneer Reciever
This car stereo is one of the best ever. For car shows this is perfect and also good for keeping the street look. This deck is amazing. Its sleek beautiful look is stunningly good looking. Great funcionality. You may be one of those people who like the six preset button configuration and i WAS too. Bought one in May 2006 for $$225 at Circuit City. Worked fine until June 2007 (yes, one month after warranty expired). CD player quit working with CD jammed in it. Great all around head unit
I've had this head unit for about 2 years now.
At first I had to get used to Pioneer's "differnt" tuning features. Setting up the high pass, low pass filter settings are a little tricky at first. There are no simple general "bass" and "trebble" settings that I am used to from my older head...
