I can't get my arms around it to give it a hug.
Pros
Watching Baboons having sex is so life-like. Many options.
Cons
Costly. VERY Costly. Mildly Complicated.
Recommended it?
Yes
Over this past winter break I was given the opportunity to watch some television on this high definition monolithic boob tube the Pioneer SD-641-HD5. I had the privilege to watch Animal Planet and they were featuring a documentary on Manderin (sp?) Baboons. At least I think they were. It was the Baboons with the red ...well...you know..butts. And when they showed the mating rituals. Boy...let me tell you. I thought they were doing it right in the room. I was almost out of breath...its a good thing that no one noticed.
After the finished with that segment...I looked at the remote control and I thought I was looking at the doomsday device. There were so many buttons and options it blew my mind. I asked my friend about it. He had just purchased it so he had no idea either. He showed me a few of the options...its stunning that science has been able to cram that much technology into a television. Actually its frightening. This TV is ideal for a home theater system. But I doubt that anyone out there will spend the 7 grand or so on it without having that already. The sound system is the key. That will give it more of a movie theater feel to it.
This is a great Television...if you can afford it and take classes to figure out how to use the remote.
