Pioneer VSX-36TX

I have been listening to music since I was about 5 years old. I have seen quadraphonic sound come and go along with those vinyl LPs. I have seen it all. Rarely do I come across a piece of audio equipment as good as the VSX36tx for such a low price. I could not believe my ears, the sound was as good as a few 10000-dollar systems that I heard and this was accomplished by only spending 4000 dollars. Bear in mind that what you use along with any receiver will have a great affect, so I chose the classic album "dark side of the moon" from Pink Floyd to test out the new Vsx36tx. I grew up listening to this record and have heard it more times than I could remember. When I cranked it up to 11 in Spinal tap fashion I could just picture the change bouncing in the background on "Money" After a few CDs I moved on to a movie. The latest James Bond flick was dubbed in Surround EX, so I thought I would hook up an amp I had and a few more speakers to get the full effect. I was shocked and thought that the chopper shredding MY roof as I sat and watched. All in all you owe it to yourself to find a dealer that carries the Elite line and check it out. Just have your checkbook ready...
