Out-of-box failure; Polaroid Customer Support stinks!

Bought this at Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) last June in Omaha, NE when it was on sale. Saved it as a Christmas gift for my wife. It is an out-of-box failure. Polaroid will not do anything about it since it has a 90 day warranty. NFM won't refund my money since they have a 30 day refund policy on electronics. I'm stuck with this lemon. Think I'll take it back to NFM and smash it on their doorstep!
