I, purchased this unit from a Target store in 2005. With only a 3 month warranty. Not even a full year I had no picture quality. Nothing. (Black Screen) I called Polaroid's customer service. (OH my goodness)These people are very rude. They want me to send back my unit and then purchase another unit. (WHAT) Who does that? And it is very true, that you can not fix these units. I would be happy to send back this item and get a refund. As for Polaroid, This is a reflection on your company. But with this experience I have now learn to read customer comments before I spend my money.
