My wife and I were thrilled after we installed this under our kitchen cabinet. In fact, we were so excited and had so many positive things to say, my in-laws and grandparents both purchased the same set for their homes. My in-laws' set went first. They had a terrible time trying to get either Sam's Club or Polaroid to fix or repair their TV. They were told, apparently as many people are, that a new one would be provided for $110. Only after sending a letter to the President of the company did someone with an even remote concern for customer service and satisfaction call to assist them. About a month after their's went out, I went to turn the TV on one morning while getting ready for work and it just went dead. Now I'm going through the same problems with getting the issue resolved. Not to mention that I have been trying for approximately 10 months to get a Polaroid FLM-3201 32" LCD TV repaired. After having it for a month and two days (I know this because of the significance of the one month mark for the people at Circuit City who have refused to be concerned in the slightest amount), I turned it on one day and the screen was cloudy. It still doesn't work right and still hasn't been fixed. Never, EVER, buy a Polaroid LCD TV. I don't know about all of their products, but of the 5 FDM-0700A's that I know of, two have broken in a matter of months from the date of purchase and installation.
