Customer service at Polaroid should be mortified that people are treated this way after buying their product in good faith-i had my product since Dec but was only recently able to install it because my home was under construction and had it 3 weeks and it died! But of course for a mere $110,they would be happy to replace it! what a rip off and my next letter is to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List!
