We got the Polaroid Portable DVD Player for Christmas and used it only a few times. It now has audio but no Video. This is a problem identified in another review. I called the service number, but since 90 days has passed the were only able to offer me an exchange at $95. The "customer service" unit had no other advice. I will purchase another brand instead. I don't recommend this unit.
