I bought this player a little over a year ago. This player died last week. It wouldn't power on by any of the three sources (battery, car adapter, or home adapter). I called customer service and they offered no help whatsoever. They suggested I buy a replacement at full price ($180) since this one was out of warranty. I asked them "why would I buy another one when this one stopped working after only a year and you wont try to fix it?". I wouldn't buy another Polaroid product in my lifetime and I suggest you avoid them also. It's a bad investment.
