Yet another little charmer (basically)
Some months ago I bought a Phillips portable DVD, which I thought was pretty nifty (see my review, http://www.epinions.com/content_211724242564). I still do. I called customer service and they offered no help whatsoever. They suggested I buy a replacement at full price ($180) since this one... Read full review »
