Battery Fails - Horrible Customer Service
Bought the unit at Circuit City to entertain my daughter on trips in the car and occasional plane rides. Within 2-3 months, the battery failed (i.e. blew up while not charging or in use). Bad Disk but after 1yr of use
I bought this in Savannah GA, it was left in extreme heat during the summer months and still worked. I never had trouble with either screen until the door on the DVD player broke.
