Pros
OK picture quality, considering the purchase price. Swiveling monitor. Low price.
Cons
Its' brain(computer). A very serious problem. No timer on the rechargeable battery.

I just got this on sale at Best Buy for $129.99($159.98 with 2year bestbuy warranty).
Very first DVD I put in, "I, Robot", I noticed something weird. It turns out the audio and video wasn't matching. When the characters talked, it looked like an badly dubbed kungfu movie. It did that once, when I played again little bit later, it played fine.
Second disc, "Billy Madison". All the control buttons stopped working, except for "stop". Took the disc out, worked fine the second time.
One another complaint is the rechargeable battery. Instruction says charge it for 4-5 hrs., but not over 8 hrs. or it will shorten the life of the battery. Automatic shut-off would've been nice.
This is the first day of the ownership of this DVD player. I'll probably end up returning it. I'm thinking about a Toshiba one for $50 more. It's a shame, because of the affordable price and decent(for the price) picture quality.
