No Battery Included!

2 screens. Great for road trips, but not for flights.

Does not include any battery so must power via vehicle power cord.

We bought an Emerson PDE-2717 portable DVD player for an upcoming road trip to Texas. We also wanted to utilize it for various upcoming flights back and forth to Texas. Although the picture quality is very good, the unit comes with no onboard power supply so it is virtually useless except for utilizing it in a car unless you buy an external battery that will supposedly power the unit for up to three hours.
